Requirements: Must make 3x rent and show proof of income No recent evictions or judgments Will check 1-2 landlord references (this is to see you if you pay rent on time)
Once you've seen the place and you like it, then fill out an application (nonrefundable). Once your application is chosen this is what you need to move in.
Security Deposit is $700 First month's rent $700 (if you move in the middle of a month the rent will be pro-rated)
In addition to this, I am looking for someone that will clean up after themselves and be respectful of the other tenants in the building.
