This three bedroom, three bathroom home was just recently furnished and designed with furniture from Restoration Hardware, Rove Concepts, Crate and Barrel and art from a local artist. Upon entering the home you are greeted with beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, modern fixtures, and tons of windows for natural light. The kitchen features a focal point Black Walnut butcher block island with granite countertops, white stacked cabinets with glass doors, high end appliances, wine fridge & custom backsplash. The open living area just off of the kitchen features a gas fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, and double doors leading to an incredible wrap around covered porch.
On the main level you will also find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, formal dining room, home office and additional full bathroom. The master bedroom features a luxurious King size bed, walk in closet, Smart TV, and stunning master bathroom. The bathroom features a standalone tub, walk-in marble shower with rain head feature and multiple shower heads, Carrera marble countertops, and plenty of natural light. You can also exit the master bedroom through the double doors on to a screened in porch. The formal dining room features a large dining table with seating for up to eight people, double doors leading to the wraparound porch, and a beautiful, modern light fixture. The home office is tucked away near the front entryway and is perfect for all of your work from home needs. You will find a comfortable desk and chair, printer, and file cabinets.
Upstairs you will find two spacious bedrooms that share a full bath with dual-vanity Carrera countertops, tiled marble shower and multiple storage areas. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. One of the bedrooms also has a desk and chair for additional work from home space.
The professionally landscaped yard is gorgeous with mature live and water oaks, up lighting and irrigation system. The pool area is what really makes this home a true oasis. You will find a large salt water pool and spa, fire pit with seating area, lounge chairs, umbrellas and a gas grill. Under the home there is a spacious garage area for all of your storage needs.

All guests staying with Duvet Homes have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston. Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the Campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.
Day Passes are available at the following rates (pre-purchase only):
- Complimentary: Oct 15th - Apr 14th
- Additional Cost: Apr 15th - Oct 14th
- $30 per person: Sunday through Friday
- $50 per person: Saturdays

Any group exceeding 6 or more guests must be approved separately by contacting the Wonderer directly. If using the Pool area, it is required that parties of 6+ rent a Cabana.
All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club and must consent (in writing) to the Club Rules and Regulations.

If access is not granted to the Wonderer during your stay due to availability, no inconvenience credits will be awarded, and any issues related to your visit at The Wonderer must be directed exclusively to The Wonderer staff.*

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
