The downstairs unit has a large private outdoor deck area with 200 ft.² of area to put in deck, furniture, outdoor fire, pit, or any outdoor furnishings that you like! Please seek express permission if you wish to put in an outdoor hot tub. There is off-street parking for both units one car per unit.
There is the possibility of renting one large storage unit. Please contact the rental agency should you like might wish to do so.
At the moment there is no laundry, however, the owner expects to add a laundry at some point during the year. The laundromat is very close by.
