Additional Notes: Tenants will be responsible for the following.. The pool water level must be kept at the bottom of the first tile, they can use the black knob to fill the pool and be sure to shut it off so it does not overflow and flood the home. Water trees and plants without sprinkler access at least once a week. The water softener needs 3 bags of salt, every three months, the phone number for maintenance is on the water softener.

Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property.
